We currently ship our VENSEAL™ products to all locations across India. We do not currently offer international shipping.
2. Shipping Methods & Partners
- We partner with leading courier services including Delhivery, DTDC, BlueDart, and India Post
- All orders are shipped with tracking capability
- Signature is required upon delivery for all orders
3. Shipping Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (additional charges apply)
- Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation
- Delivery times may be extended during festivals, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances
4. Shipping Costs
- FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders across India
- Express shipping is available at an additional ₹150
- No hidden charges - the price you see at checkout is what you pay
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information
- You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our website or the courier's website
- If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours of ordering, please contact us

7. Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment
- Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment of undeliverable packages
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
8. Damaged During Shipping
- Please inspect your package upon delivery
- If the package appears damaged, you may refuse delivery
- If you discover damage after accepting delivery, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged product and packaging
- We will replace damaged items at no additional cost
