Return Eligibility

✅ Eligible Returns

  • Unopened, unused products in original packaging within 30 days of purchase
  • Defective products or manufacturing flaws
  • Products that failed to perform as described when used according to instructions
  • Wrong product shipped (we'll cover return shipping)

❌ Non-Eligible Returns

  • Products used on fully worn-out or damaged tyres
  • Products used incorrectly or not according to instructions
  • Products damaged due to improper application
  • Opened products without performance issues (unless within 30-day guarantee period)

Refund Information

Refund Methods

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return
  • For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer

Deductions & Fees

  • No restocking fees for eligible returns
  • Return shipping is free for defective products or our errors
  • For change of mind returns, customer bears return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Warranty Claims

For warranty claims beyond the 30-day return period:

Our warranty does not cover punctures larger than 4mm, sidewall damage, or tyres that were already damaged or heavily worn before application. VENSEAL™ is designed to seal tread area punctures up to 4mm caused by nails, screws, or other sharp objects.
